I had a knee reconstruction surgery prior to pandemic, and had to cease all physical therapy during the shelter in-place.  While in the pandemic, due to lack of exercise and not enough therapy, I’ve gained weight and became prediabetic.  I knew I had to find a way to get back in shape.  I know Chelsea is a personal trainer, and I thought it will be good for me to work out with someone one on one... in a covid safe environment. I shared that my goal was to lose 20lbs, before my next recheck visit with my doctor in 3 months. Chelsea recommended a 3 days a week work out schedule... it was great to have her help me working out and training me to be stronger.  I can see myself increasingly becoming stronger and healthier each week... I have not been able to walk my two dogs on my own for over a year and half, and after one month working out with Chelsea, I’m able to walk my dogs on my own. After one month working out with Chelsea,I’ve already lost 10 lbs.  Chelsea custom design the work out routines, and it was never the same routine, so it was never boring.  In one month, there were time when we had to virtual work out, and it was still relevant and rewarding. I look forward to continuing working out with Chelsea even after reaching my health goal.  Chelsea is an excellent personal trainer, she cheer you on and gets excited for small wins, which mean a lot to me.  Chelsea also gave me guidance on dietary direction which was an add on bonus.  Highly recommend Chelsea to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable personal trainer who understand your needs, help you reach your health goal, and most importantly, to help you get back to a healthy lifestyle. (Update: After 3 months my doctor no longer considers me prediabetic!!! and I have lost 20lbs, feel stronger and continue to make progress.)
